3 Important things you should do before attending a Job Interview

Here i would to share some of my thoughts about the preparation we should take before attending a Job Interview. Today world, it's becoming tough to get hired by a company. In each field there are a high level competition faced by each person. Who shows the quality, they will be get hired. This word "Quality", it comprises of several things, such as Attitude, knowledge about the field on which they going to apply for the job, Confidence and along with this, yes we can say the factor appearance also. Appearance not means glamour or beauty, it's all about the impression that we giving through out the interview.

First Impression is the best Impression. For impressing the interviewer in the interview, We can do some preparation from our side before attending the interview. Here they are

1. Grooming

Grooming in a well manner have a great importance in impressing others. Not only in job interview but also in your daily life whomever you meet will get impressed on you and that gives you a great confidence to express your thoughts and feeling in a very good manner. In grooming, the three important area you need to notice are

• Hair
• Dressing
• Personal Hygiene

Above said three areas have a huge importance in your appearance. Comp your hair in well and use any good hair cream or gel to set and smell better. Use some light color shirts when attending a interview, don't go for dark or Bright colors. When we come in to the Personal Hygiene, see your nails and cut it if needed, use a good mouth wash and perfume to smell you better,do a clean shave and etc..

"Just imagine that your a executive in company, and make changes in your appearance accordingly. You see Yourself "

2. Study about the Company and Industry

Here i am talking about the some Homework you should do before you attend the interview. Try to understand what making that company unique from others. And point out that when you get a chance to speak your own. This will give you a  extra point to get hired. And it will give a good impression also. The areas you need to look at in a company or industry are

• Company profile
• USP of the company 
• Industry Profile
• Growth Opportunities and Challenges

Growth opportunities and Challenges, here is your participation comes. If you can able tell these things from you point of view, about the company. Then it will be a great credit for you. If possible explain each one with an example. 

"Just speak out. Express your thoughts and feelings. show them that you are a great Observer and Analyzer"

3. Keep Calm and Cool

You should make yourself a super cool. It not a easy thing to stay calm. But we can achieve that state and increase the confidence. Here i will share you some tips to make you calm before you getting in to a interview

• Think Positive
• Take some long breath
• Try to Relax your body

Always think in positive. Just imagine that you attended the interview, you perform well and you got the job. Leave your imagination in a positive way. It have a great importance in increasing the confidence. And this will help you to speak out with confidently. For making you more relaxed, just put your concentration on your breathing pattern, that help to you to divert your mind from tensed thoughts
